Jamie Main Head Coach Coming from the highly successful Nottinghamshire Nova programme, Jamie has 15 years experience coaching international swimmers to the highest level. This includes coaching a swimmer to European and Commonwealth medals in and an Olympic final in He has successfully coached swimmers at every age group level to record medal hauls at regional and national championships to medals at the European Junior Championships in, and His achievements have led him to representing Great Britain and England at multiple international meets and camps.
His philosophy focusses on an athlete centred, integrated approach to preparation in order to achieve world class results. He believes that with the right coaching an athlete can truly take responsibility for their sporting journey and fulfil their performance potential.

He has spent time in Australia swimming, coaching and developing with the East Coast clubs. Domestically he has represented England and the Region on International Meets and camps.
He has an invaluable background in education and training, he is an experienced Personal Trainer and current Sport Science Lecturer. His philosophy is based around the athletes, he empowers and guides them to understand their journey and accept the responsibility they have in fulfilling their potential.
