Does Saitama care about Genos? : OnePunchMan
Hello everyone! I'm Mokugyo, a proud anime lover and writer of the Anime Study column here on catchsomeair.us Lately, Japanese people have been enjoying. Aug 28, Relationship: Genos/Saitama (One-Punch Man) Saitama, on the other hand, only bought it because it was fifty cents at the corner market. Oct 20, happy advanced birthday me i give you my own birthday present even if my birthday is like next month and im giving myself my present now.
Saitama holds some respect for Genos since he became an S-Class Hero right off the bat, and desires to move up the ranks due to his S-Class status. Genos has become Saitama's companion and friend. He is also the person who he spends most of his time with and apparently moved in with him in his apartment.
Although Saitama has yet to call him his disciple as Genos is always the one identifying himself as his discipleSaitama does train him and gives him relatively good advice from time to time. Saitama isn't too concerned about Genos' safety since Genos gets ripped to shreds by monsters at an almost regular basis, with Saitama remaining pretty calm. However, he will save him when he sees him in need; the protectiveness in their relationship is mostly provided by Genos.
Whether this is because of Saitama's overall indifference or because of his trust in Genos' abilities isn't clear.

Edit Saitama and Bang playing rock, paper, scissors. Saitama met Bang when the giant meteor was heading towards Z-City. Bang was amazed by Saitama's strength and tried numerous times to recruit him into his dojo, but Saitama always turned him down. Bang will occasionally invite him to cookouts and vice versa. Edit King unintentionally took credit for killing five mysterious beings that were actually killed by Saitama.
This caused King to gain the fame and 'fortune' as an S-classed Hero. Saitama discovered King's true personality and the secret to his success.
Saitama was not upset or angry at King's secret, and the two would go on to become friends. Saitama would go to King's house to play video games, and regularly gets frustrated at losing to King. King is probably one of the few people whom Saitama considers a genuine friend.
The following section contains Webcomic spoilers. You have been warned manga-only readers. Edit Flash mistook Saitama for a monster and the two had a brief scuffle. After clearing the misunderstanding, the two became acquaintances with one another, with Flash acknowledging Saitama's superior abilities. After being defeated by Garou, Flash was one of the few who regained consciousness and witnessed Saitama defeating Garou.
She is apparently obsessed with making Saitama join the Blizzard Group after witnessing how powerful he was when she fought him in his apartment and how he fended off Sonic. Saitama himself declared that he does not view Fubuki as a friend, but as an "acquaintance", showing that their relationship has not really progressed at all. She also decides to join A-Class after the battle.
Edit The following section contains Webcomic spoilers. While the two have had little interaction, Zombieman is one of the only people who is aware of Saitama's true strength after witnessing his fight against Garou, which is related to a warning Genus warned about to Zombieman behind the House of Evolution's reformed life. He asks Genus to remove his limiter as well and make him equal to Saitama, as he feels inferior to the B-Class Hero.
Edit Saitama meets Tatsumaki, thinking she is a little girl At their first encounter, Tatsumaki didn't think much of Saitama due to his ranking and would insult him. Forgive my restless teenage soul.
See the end of the work for more notes. How in the world does that work? Saitama shrugged to himself and continued watching the news, which was full of nothing of importance.
He could tell that Genos was just as hot as he was. Little puffs of steam erupted in erratic patterns from his arms, every now and then hissing and spluttering in complaint. Some part of him had to be overheating. Saitama, on the other hand, was basking in the little draft of the air conditioner with his shirt tossed into an artificial plant across the room.
He still stuck to the couch when he got up to get himself a drink. After contemplating the huge bottle of soda, he decided to pour all that he had put into a glass back in and simply drink from it. When he walked back into the room, he barely noticed Genos.
Genos had completely removed the bulky metal plates from his arms and set them on the ground and looked much more comfortable. His shoulder width had decreased by three inches on each side. He gave his disciple an absent smirk before draping himself over the couch like a deflated balloon. The blondie tried to do everything possible to make his sensei curious about how he did it, but soon deflated like his sensei and went back to browsing everything from porn to homemade earrings.
'One Punch Man' Season 2 Spoilers: Saitama Loses Powers and Turns Bad; What Will Genos Say?
Genos closed his laptop and directed his attention to the television as well, giving an offhanded snort at the sight of two asinine C-class heroes being led away and accused of using brass knuckles. He then popped his shoulder, making a very big deal out of it and pulling a few odd faces that made Genos give him an appreciative smile.
Saitama took note of this and continued his thought. He had rather unreceptive taste buds, and always managed to forget to ask Kuseno for a new tongue.
Saitama, on the other hand, only bought it because it was fifty cents at the corner market. His interest was peaking, now, and he really had to ponder how in the hell all those metal plates screwed on simply enough to be removed within two minutes.
