who air retreats are designed for serious kiteboarders wanting lifestyle immersion. They are not kiteboarding camps and offer no structured kiteboarding instruction or lessons. All riders must be intermediate to advanced levels. Non-kiters are welcome if accompanied by seasoned riders.

While we'll be having plenty of time to let loose and go loco, if your primary goal is to party, this trip is not for you.

• Stand-Up Paddle boarding No wind, no waves? No worries. Bring your SUP and cruise the sound.

• Kayaking With more than 100 miles of sound coastline and tidal creeks, you can explore by paddle.

• Fishing Take half to full day charters for big game fish. Or, merely shore fish for a catch of the day.

• Horseback & Dune Buggy Tours Take a horse ridden or Dune buggy tour among OBX Dunes.

Built in 2007, this sound front house is incredible

This incredibly spacious 8 bedroom, 8 bath Villa also has a game room, private movie theater, hot tub, and heated pool. Several different living areas, a large main dining area and a smaller dining area as well.

Main living room faces the Pamlico Sound and is open to the second story. Step inside and you'll want to unwind your lines as you load up the elevator to whisk your luggage to the upper floors. With a wet bar w/full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave on the entry level.

The top level of this classic home offers the spectacular great room w/gas fireplace and magnificent views of the sound. The views are also visible from the huge dining area, custom gourmet kitchen and cozy sunroom with hardwood floors. Choose from 8 master bedrooms in this home, all with TVs,

Winds picking up ? Just slip out the side gate and you can rig alongside the house. Then, simply walk your kite down he dock for either an assisted OR drift launch in the knee deep water.

All Bedrooms are MASTERS, each with it's own full private bath.

An open wood staircase takes you to the second level with 4 more bedrooms. There is also access to a jungle view sundeck from the second floor.

Master #1-5Each have a king size bed and TV.

Masters #6-7 Each has a queen bed and TV.

Masters #8 Has pyramid bunk and one set of regular bunk beds.

A second floor wrap-around balcony overlooks the indoor garden entrance, living and dining areas on the first level.

rate rules how it works Reservations are made on a per room basis only. You may have as many people stay in your room (up to the maximum limit above). Reservations may not be made on an individual basis. So basically, you must rent an entire room, AND, the more people you put in your room, the cheaper it gets per person. The "$/person" simply shows the lowest cost per person IF your were to have the max number of people splitting the room cost. Only living humans count as people. Iguanas, monkeys, stuffed animals, etc. don't count. In fact, pets must simply stay at home. This is a people only vacation. Rooms are available on a first come first serve basis only! *payment and reservation deadlines Reservations are due by September 15, 2010. A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation. Reservations made after September 15, 2010 will include a 10% surcharge on the total room rate. Balances are due by September 20, 2010. If remaining balance is paid after September 20, 2010, a 10% surcharge will be added to the total room rate. Payments may be made via Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Check or Cash. American Express and Discover Cards are also accepted, but will include a 4% additional convenience fee. inclusions The rates above include lodging in above stated properties checking in no earlier than 4pm October 2, 2010 and checking-out no later than 10am October 9, 2010. Rates also include all service fees and travel taxes. Insurance & Tips are not included. exclusions We are responsible for cleaning the house. There is NO maid service. If you leave a mess, you will be charged up to $300 to get it cleaned. You will be responsible for everything else, including, but not limited to: your own food, transportation, shopping, and activity fees. A security agreement, damage liability and risk waivers must be signed and returned before check-in. cancellations Reservations may be cancelled with the following date restrictions: -Cancel before September 15, 2010 and receive a full refund minus your $300 deposit. -Cancel after September 15, 2010 and you will receive NO refund terminations It's simple, play nicely with everyone and there will be no problems. If you can't play nicely, you will be evicted from the property without refund and handed over to locals.
