Like any retreat, our goal is to immerse you in the kiteboarding lifestyle with luxury launching and living. With the winds, we ride. . .laughing, living & learning. When it's calm, we explore ...anything and everything. There's no agenda!

who air retreats are designed for serious kiteboarders wanting lifestyle immersion. They are not kiteboarding camps and offer no structured kiteboarding instruction or lessons. All riders must be intermediate to advanced levels. Non-kiters are welcome if accompanied by seasoned riders.

While we'll be having plenty of time to let loose and go loco, if your primary goal is to party, this trip is not for you.

• Simply Chill The Villas we have lined up for lodging are amazing. You'll likely not want to leave the beauty and breeze of the Caribbean Sea.

• Snorkeling Explore reefs filled with hundreds of tropical flora and fauna species. Snorkeling can be done right off the beach, on a chartered catamaran, or up in the remote northern lagoon shore.

• Scuba Diving Certified divers can arrange trips among the world's second largest barrier reef. From eagle ray squadrons to night dives with huge lobsters and octopus, the diving here is epic! For those in training, open water certification is available.

• Fishing Take half to full day charters for big game fish. Or, merely shore fish for a catch of the day.

• Explore Myan Ruins This ancient civilization created incredible cities and monuments. Explore their "temple of the wind" and pray for a good kiteboarding session. Ruins can be explored in Cozumel, OR, in Tulum, on the Yucatan Peninsula.

• Shopping, dining, drinking Downtown Cozumel is loaded with shops, restaurants and bars of every class and budget. Should you need more, take a short ferry ride to Playa del Carmen and experience streets filled with entertainers, food, drink and merchandise!

• Swim the Cenotes & Explore the Yucatan Like there's not enough to do in Cozumel...but there's even more across the channel. Party all night in Cancun, swim in the Cenotes south of port, kiteboard in Tulum among the ruins, or explore where ever you desire.

• Horseback & Dune Buggy Tours Take a horse ridden or Dune buggy tour among Cozumel's jungles and beaches.

Live & Launch on Cozumel's Kite Beach

You have a choice in staying in one of two incredible houses sitting next to each other, right on the beach!

Villa Rosmar

A totally Frank Loyd Wright meets burrito style hacienda leading the Country Club house row. The swimming pool and patio area are the only things separating you from the beach. A high fence surrounds the pool area so kite gear can be left safely outside.

This incredibly spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath Villa also has 2 different living areas, a large main dining area and a smaller dining area as well.

Main living room faces the ocean and is open to the second story. A second adjacent living area overlooks the pool area. Entry into the property features an indoor garden courtyard with multiple skylights. Rich wood is used extensively throughout the property, adding warmth and style to this epic kite palace.

Winds picking up ? Just slip out the side gate and you can rig & launch along the powdery sand beach. The larger of the two houses, Villa Rosmar will act as air base for dinners, parties and retreat activities.

Bedroom #5 is on the main floor and has two queen beds and a full bath. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan add to the comfort.

An open wood staircase takes you to the second level with 4 more bedrooms. There is also access to a jungle view sundeck from the second floor.

Master #1 is oceanfront and has a king size bed, private bath, private oceanfront balcony, and air conditioning.

Master #2 overlooks the ocean, has a king sized bed, a shared bath with bedroom #3, TV with VCR, and air conditioning.

Bedroom #3 has two queen beds, a shared bath with Master #2, and air conditioning.

Bedroom #4 has two double beds, a private bath, and air conditioning.

A second floor wrap-around balcony overlooks the indoor garden entrance, living and dining areas on the first level.

Monte Cristo

This modern Adobe style Condo Complex has just completed construction. Hacienda Monte Cristo offers super chill atmospheres with a swimming pool, central air, full kitchen and all that wind chasers desire.

Located directly behind the main house, Villa Rosmar, there are several 2 bedroom condos for rent (3 bedrooms may be available). Each condo varies in floor plans and interior design (each condo privately owned).

Most are two story with one bedroom downstairs and one up. There's a full kitchen with all the amenities. Nestled amidst tropical palms and flowering plants, Monte Cristo is located on a generous size lot with attractive front garden area. .

Monte Cristo will be the chill overflow house for those wishing less excitement.

how it works
Reservations are made on a per room basis only. You may have as many people stay in your room (up to the maximum limit above). Reservations may not be made on an individual basis. So basically, you must rent an entire room, AND, the more people you put in your room, the cheaper it gets per person. The "$/person" simply shows the lowest cost per person IF your were to have the max number of people splitting the room cost.

Only living humans count as people. Iguanas, monkeys, stuffed animals, etc. don't count. In fact, pets must simply stay at home. This is a people only vacation.

Rooms are available on a first come first serve basis only!

**payment and reservation deadlines
Reservations are due by December 1, 2007. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation.

Reservations made after January 1, 2008 will include a 10% surcharge on the total room rate.

Balances are due by December 31, 2007. If remaining balance is paid after December 31, 2007, a 10% surcharge will be added to the total room rate.

Payments may be made via Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Check or Cash. American Express and Discover Cards are also accepted, but will include a 3% additional convenience fee.

inclusions
The rates above include lodging in above stated properties checking in no earlier than 2pm February 3, 2008 and checking-out no later than 11am February 9, 2008. Rates also include all Mexican service fees and travel taxes. Tips are not inlcluded.

Above rates also include transportation to and from either the Cozumel Airport (CZM) or the Cozumel Ferry Terminal.

exclusions
You will be responsible for everything else, including, but not limited to: your own food, transportation, shopping, and activity fees (including boat transportation to lagoons).

A security agreement, damage liability and risk waivers must be signed and returned before check-in.

cancellations
Reservations may be cancelled with the following date restrictions:

-Cancel before December 1, 2007 and receive a full refund minus your $500 deposit.
-Cancel between December 1 - 31, 2007 and receive 50% of your deposit minus the $500 deposit.
-Cancel after December 31, 2007 and you will receive NO refund

terminations
It's simple, play nicely with everyone and there will be no problems. If you can't play nicely, you will be evicted from the property without refund and handed over to big Mayans living in the jungle.
