Refund Policy

Full Refund Returns
Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with original receipt ONLY if the items are unopened, unused, un-flown (i.e. kites) and totally in original package with out damage and perfectly clean (no sand) to package or contents. All sales final after 30 days.

If the item was shipped to you using "Free Basic Shipping", then the original shipping cost to send the package will be deducted from your refund. Customers are also responsible for shipping charges to get the product back to our facility.

Any product being returned to air must display an RA# on the package.  Please contact Air to receive your RA#.  A copy of the original invoice must be in the box with a description for reason for return. 

We will be happy to issue credit for any service (i.e., kiteboarding lessons). Please see below

 

Exchanges & Store Credit
Items may be exchanged for other items or store credit within 30 days of purchase with original receipt ONLY if the items are unopened, unused, un-flown (i.e. kites) and totally in original package with out damage and perfectly clean (no sand) to package or contents.

All services (including but not limited to lessons, transportation services, guide services or any other instruction service) may only be exchanged for service credit. Windchecks (AKA raincheck) will be issued in the event of adverse weather conditions prohibiting lessons and/or other services. Windchecks are transferable and do not expire. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE RESERVING ANY SERVICE.

Gift certificates only expire if there is an expiration date on them (i.e., donated gift certificates for charity and as prizes will have an expiration date). Purchased gift certificates do not expire...ever.

Gift Certificates may used to purchase any item or service. Gift Certificates may NOT be refunded, returned or exchanged for cash. Any item purchased with a gift certificate qualify for our normal exhange policies only. These items may NOT be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash.

Other Rules & Regulations

Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or National Holidays.

All international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service, unless we are contacted by you to make an alternative arrangement. 

Boards measuring over 145cm cannot be shipped via the United States Postal Service, please contact us for shipping quotes via UPS.

For the safety and security of our online shoppers, any order with different shipping and billing addresses, OR if you billing address is unverifiable, may qualify for security confirmation: a small test charge will be made to your credit card, requiring you to verify the amount and confirming your account.  Once you can verify the amount of the test charge we will process your order and charge the remaining amount to your card.

All international customers are responsible for paying all import tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees and other costs related to delivering product to you.  Be sure to check all fees, practices, and local import fees prior to placing your order.

PayPal payments are also accepted, but must have a confirmed shipping address, and must include a confirmable telephone number and email address. 

Most out of stock items can be drop shipped from a distributor if available, please allow for extra shipping times.
