Summary:   It's windy, go kite! Highs in mid 80's. Sunny & hot inland.
 
Surf: 2-3', not bad for longboards. 

Paddle:   Too windy for surf zone. Sheltered back water creeks best option (i.e. Shem Creek / Morgan Creek).
 
Kite:  Currently South 14-16kts. Expected to increase 15-18kts by 4pm, then dying back around 6pm.
