Once you've mastered a trick, try adding more style by throwing in a revert, also known as a toeside landing. Going to your frontside edge after any move is easily done with a few body movements. Just be sure you have mastered a trick before adding the toeside element.

In this example, we'll explain how to land a revert after completing a raley (AKA krypt). Besides being one of the first unhooked maneuvers you should learn, going to revert will help build a strong foundation for more technical ones later on. Studying these critical steps will get your frontside turned for perferct 180 degree landings.
The secret to it all is timing: The quicker your descent, the quicker and deeper you'll swing your lead arm. But, on lofty aerials, bringing back your front hand slowly prevents over-rotation.
- 1 - spot
- 2 - swing
- 3 - line up
- 4 - limit rotation
Spot Your Landing
After you've started descending from completing the raley, spot your landing and keep focused./p>
Release & Swing
Next, release your front hand and swing it back behing you. This will cause your core, hips and legs to turn.
Line Bar with Back Hip
While swinging your lead arm back, bring the bar in line with your trailing hip. This helps tilt your body into proper toeside riding position (unlike a normal raley where the bar is pulled to your front hip).
keep focused to limit rotation
Keep your eyes focused on your landing! This helps limit your body's rotation to 180 degrees. Land with your knees bent and weight centered over your board. Ride away on your toeside edge.
